I’ve been taking this supplement for a while now and it has really helped me with my blood pressure. I had some bottles of another supplement and rather throwing them away, I decided to take one of them and one of these daily. All of a sudden, I felt really miserable and so I checked my pressure. Yes, my pressure was all of a sudden higher than it should be. I went back to my routine and just threw away the bottles of the other. By taking 2-3 of these a day- I am feeling pretty good and my numbers are where they should be.
