Advanced Amino formula is great it has helped my stamina bigger strength muscle growth is coming back in all parts of my body I can feel my internal organs is better also and I can withstand a 12-hour day of work with no problem one thing I must add I am 66 years old and I need something to keep my muscle tone and strength from declining everyday

I have been taking Amino Powder for months. As a long time athlete I still love working hard to achieve my goals. Amino Powder is my go to product that makes a big difference for me. A soon to be 60 year young man. I still feel very competitive and definitely not afraid to compete w my younger counterparts!

Since using tha Advanced Amino Powder (I prefer the powder to add to my morning protein shake vs the pills which may be fine for some but too big for me to swallow due to my narrow opening in my throat) I have seen less crepey skin on my upper arms. It must be the muscle underneath is building & filling out my arms!

The powder was easier than swallowing all the caplets and became my morning drink before any other protein went in my system. I was quickly back in Advanced Amino form and said I would never run out again. Well, life happens and I ran out again and my results were reverified within about 6 weeks of being out of Advanced Amino Powder. Muscle fatigue and recovery challenges following my workouts started happening, and I found myself going to easier workout classes, less frequently, because my recovery was more difficult. I had gotten so used to muscle strength and flexibility that are normal for somebody decades younger than myself, and when I suddenly found myself feeling like I was struggling along with other people at the gym, I knew I needed to get back to taking my Advanced Amino powder. I hope this time I can say with full certainty, "lesson learned!"

Because of my post menopausal stage, and training to maintain muscle strength, I chose the Advanced Amino supplement. I would like to believe and trust that this regiment will help me to sustain my workout recovery in muscle strength.
