I discovered Advanced Aminos several years ago while helping a friend find a product to enhance recovery following her shoulder replacement surgery. I was intrigued by the muscle and tendon recovery stories and thought I would give it a go. I began taking the Advanced Amino caplets and after several months realized that my muscles and tendons were recovering very quickly after my workouts. When I ran out about 6 months later I couldn't remember where I had ordered, so I just put off reordering. After about 6 weeks of not having the product, I was reminded of the big difference the Advanced Amino product had made in my muscle recovery as well as my skin tone. It was a rather stark wake up call, so I found my order form, and this time started with the Advanced Amino powder. The powder was easier than swallowing all the caplets and became my morning drink before any other protein went in my system. I was quickly back in Advanced Amino form and said I would never run out again. Well, life happens and I ran out again and my results were reverified within about 6 weeks of being out of Advanced Amino Powder. Muscle fatigue and recovery challenges following my workouts started happening, and I found myself going to easier workout classes, less frequently, because my recovery was more difficult. I had gotten so used to muscle strength and flexibility that are normal for somebody decades younger than myself, and when I suddenly found myself feeling like I was struggling along with other people at the gym, I knew I needed to get back to taking my Advanced Amino powder.
