Just finished my first bottle of Ubiquinol CoQ10. In my estimation, the net effect has been most noticeable with regard to my overall daily sustainable energy levels. After only a few short days, I began to notice I had more initiative to take on more of my personal development projects, some of which had been set aside during the closing weeks of last winter. Since I was already accustomed to taking CoQ10 over time, I would also agree with the notion that Ubiquinol seemed and felt like it metabolized at a better rate, because the results became more positive from week to week. Even with only the first bottle, I'm convinced my health regime requires this on a regular basis going forwards, along with all the other fine products, which I have taken steadily overs recent years. Please keep up your research for new and better products. They're excellent.
